For a long time, I tried to define myself by what I did: artist, mentor, traveller... But I discovered that, above all, I am a translator of the invisible. To achieve this, I draw on my sensitivity, imagination and creativity, and I am currently learning more about presence and inhabiting moments and places.

Art was my first language. I studied sculpture at the Lisbon School of Fine Arts, where I learned to mould matter. Later, I realised that we can also mould energy, memories and emotions. Over time, watercolour became the bridge and tool that helped me to translate the dimensions of the soul. Through it, I began to give shape to the organic geometries, frequencies and energy codes present in each person.


During my journey of personal and spiritual growth, I trained in various disciplines, led retreats and conducted energy readings. This is how I developed my unique methods, including Soul Drawings.


This is how my work came to be born from the intersection of art, sensitivity, and purpose.

ANA OLIVEIRA

Sou artista plástica e sou profundamente apaixonada pela dimensão da Alma e pelos caminhos da transformação.

Ao longo dos últimos anos, através dos Desenhos d'Alma e dos Caminhos da Alma, acompanhei centenas de pessoas nas suas jornadas. Escutei os seus desafios, sonhos e feridas, enquanto observava padrões que se revelam de forma única em cada ser.

O meu trabalho é um convite a libertar o que já não é essencial e a dar cada vez mais corpo à nossa verdadeira essência, para que mais pessoas possam partilhar os dons únicos da sua Alma com o mundo.

COMO FUNCIONA?

  • A Matriz pode ser vivida em sessões individuais ou em grupo.

  • Através da calibração do campo, utilizamos pessoas ou objetos como espelhos para revelar dinâmicas que, de outra forma, permaneceriam invisíveis.

  • Cada sessão desenrola-se através da observação, da investigação e de movimentos físicos na Matriz. Cada movimento contribui para reorganizar o campo, abrindo espaço para novas possibilidades e um alinhamento mais profundo.

  • Por vezes, esta recalibração acontece em várias etapas, sobretudo quando estão presentes conflitos profundos ligados à Estrela da Terra. Noutras situações, pequenas mudanças durante a sessão traduzem-se rapidamente em transformações concretas na vida da pessoa.

O QUE VAIS EXPERIENCIAR?

  • Durante esta sessão que é mais curta, vamos apenas fazer uma introdução à geometria da alma que, a partir do inconsciente, molda a realidade que vivemos.

  • Através de dinâmicas de grupo, vamos observar os espelhos que nos permitem distinguir entre a realidade e a ilusão.

  • Vamos trabalhar com o Tapete Mágico como uma ferramenta viva para trazer o teu potencial mais elevado de volta ao centro.

  • Mesmo que ainda não estejas preparado para habitar plenamente o teu centro, estas sessões oferecem uma preparação suave, permitindo que este processo se revele ao teu próprio ritmo.
